A disciplined approach matters.
I’m more than a vendor–I work hard to be part of your team (and I’ve got the company name tags to prove it!).
I believe great marketing begins with stellar communication and use of a multiple-step project management process to ensure I exceed your expectations throughout the assignment.
-
General planning session: During this stage, I’ll learn more about your goals and project expectations—including project timing—plus gain insights into your in-house resources.
-
Project plan and estimate: Based on the planning session, I’ll draft the scope of work, identify the appropriate (internal and external) talent, create a timeline to completion, and put together a clear estimate that outlines project details for your review and approval.
-
On-going communication: Upon signed approval, you can expect clear, concise ongoing communication to ensure you (and your team) are always up to date on status.
-
Kick-off meeting: Based on project scope, I’ll hold a meeting with the project team to review the approved unified project plan, timing and costs. At the end of the meeting, we’ll have an action plan in place and all team members will have a clear understanding of their roles and assignments.
-
Implementation: I’ll handle the day-to-day project management that brings your vision to life. You’ll be able to turn your focus back to running your business, knowing I’ve got your marketing needs covered.
“What’s it like to work with a marketing consultant?”
Good question! There’s no quick and easy answer. No two client situations are the same, and that means no partnership is either. That said, I pride myself on working hard to ensure every client feels the process was collaborative and disciplined, there was good communication every step of the way and my work helped move their marketing forward.
My job is to set you, your team and your marketing initiatives up for success. Once you’re on the right road and feel confident in where you’re at and your ability to manage your plan, my job is done.
