Tip 6 of 10 On Being A Small Business Owner: Be okay with saying no.

Whether you are a small, medium or big business, I feel it is important we (as owners) get comfortable saying, "No, thank you." Not all work or projects that come our way are a good fit of our business. Figuring out what the sweet spot is for your product or service helps avoid burn out and stretching yourself (or your team) too thin. It also allows you to stay focused on the type of work you want to be doing which results in a more profitable business model.
